1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

1. Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
2. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required for all returns.
4. Approved exchanges or replacements will be completed within 15 business working days.

Non-Returnable Items include:

• Customized or special-order items
• Items purchased on sale or clearance

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us via email or phone with your order details.
2. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we will share return instructions.
3. Inspection & Refund Processing: Refund is issued after product inspection.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 1–2 days with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

1. Refunds will be credited within 6–8 business working days to your original payment method.
2. If you haven’t received it, first check with your bank or payment provider.
