At Additri Agrotech and Allied Services, we strive to provide high-quality agricultural products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required for all returns.
- Approved exchanges or replacements will be completed within 15 business working days.
Non-Returnable Items include:
- Customized or special-order items
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us via email or phone with your order details.
- Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we will share return instructions.
- Inspection & Refund Processing: Refund is issued after product inspection.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 1–2 days with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- Refunds will be credited within 6–8 business working days to your original payment method.
- If you haven’t received it, first check with your bank or payment provider.
